If you bring a copy of your dental benefit plan, our staff will be happy to help you interpret your dental benefits at the time of the appointment visit. Without a copy of your benefit plan at the time of your visit, we are not able to provide any accurate benefit information interpretation because your plan levels and benefits selection are strictly between you, your insurance provider and your employer. Pro bono services: all active duty military, please inquire about wounded warrier volonteer program.
